  Completely and utterly incompetent. Did not even attempt to deliver my order, instead put it down as 'address query' - made no attempt to contact myself or retailer to sort query, instead sent it back to the retailer. Replacement order sent out and they've done exactly the same thing again.
  
  Address is correct, valid, flat has been here for 30+ years and - here's the kicker - there was no address query when they successfully delivered a parcel from another store.
  
  It's no surprise that it's impossible to find their direct phone number, they obviously know they'd get nothing but abuse for their shocking customer service.

  This Parcel company is an absolute shambles. Apparently I have signed for a parcel I could not physically have signed as I was at work (on a Sunday too which apparently they do not deliver on) all of a sudden it has appeared as still in the process of being delivered and then an attempt was made to deliver and I now need to wait even longer, I can understand not being to make it but don't say it's been delivered to me and I signed for it then tell me it's not there, they even supplied a signature that is apparently mine, some would say that's forgery?. This was meant to be a painless 2 day delivery which has become a week long pain in the back side. I attempted calling the number supplied on tracking to be greeted with an automated call that just told me my package has been delivered and after trying to query I was guided to the websites troubleshooting, the live chat left me on hold for what felt like a lifetime and I am nowhere near closer to an answer.
  
  To whoever is reading this review, if you go to make an online purchase and Hermes is the delivery option, just don't bother and buy elsewhere.
